Chicks are sold individually and straight run only meaning each chick has a 50/50 chance of being male or female.

New for 2027, we are proud to offer the American White Bresse. We worked with them for many years but kept them for ourselves, we are now ready to offer them to backyards all across the US!

This lovely dual-purpose breed is perfect for homesteaders and anyone looking for a laid back breed that can provide their family with both eggs and meat.

The hens lay lovely jumbo white to lightly tinted cream eggs at a rate of 200-250 per year, they are curious, robust and not overly chatty.

The roos weigh about 7-9lbs and are sturdy, robust boys. Prized in France for being rich in flavor, the roos are excellent for families who want to raise their own meat birds that are truly heritage.
